Summer Youth Registration for the Burch
School of Music Student Name __________________________ Phone ________________ Summer Study at The Burch School of Music All current piano students are required to take a minimum of five private piano lessons, (and are welcome to take up to a maximum of eleven lessons) over the summer months, in order to have a spot at the BSM this fall. Each student is also strongly encouraged to take one section of Skills and Drills. (see below) Please check the length of lesson and which weeks you are available for lessons. To the right of each week is a place for comments, requests, conflicts, etc. (For example: "we are free any time this week except for Wednesday after 2:00 p.m.", or "any day but Friday") Please be sure to list any and all conflicts. Also, please know that if you opt for the minimum requirement of five lessons, then spreading out your lessons throughout the summer is more beneficial than having them all in one month, if possible.
